The business has seen impressive expansion over the last 18 months with new offices opening in several states. Sydney is the head office, and the role will require you to work out of the office based either in Lane Cove or Sydney CBD 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.
Role Responsibilities:
- First line support of the service desk, reviewing inbound enquires and service requests
- Providing technical support to clients IT infrastructure environment
- Offer high levels of customer service and communication skills
- Using ServiceNow as the incident support / ticketing system on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Must have used ServiceNow previously (minimum one year)
- Have worked in a technical support role and be used to providing external clients technical advice
- Be able to work from home as this is a high breed set up with a mix of office and home working weekly
- Have a positive proactive attitude, the team are real go getters and want someone that matches their energy
- Australian permeant residency or citizenship required as the company are not looking to sponsor
