Large multi disciplined communications provider with offices across every state in Australia and a history spanning back over 50 years are looking to make a key hire within their ACT territory.
The company works with a large range of government departments and agencies, providing audio visual solutions across local, state and federal government, alongside high end commercial and corporate clients.
The Role:
- Perform on-site commissioning and configuration programming.
- Preparation and publication of end-user documentation.
- Completing test plans while following system schematics and functional briefs to test finished AV systems.
- Fault finding systems and resolving issues associated with design and manufacture.
- Physically setup elements of systems to prove the concept.
- Draft and coordinate all aspects of interfacing for audio visual systems into our client’s buildings (encompassing both hardware and software)
- Build productive working relationships with project and client stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide technical support expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience in Video Conferencing, Audio Visual and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco and Poly.
- Experience in setting up and configuring audio DSP’s.
- Demonstrated understanding of networks, specifically relating to AV control systems, UC/VC and AV over IP technologies.
