An Australian owned consultancy who specializes in workplace technology solutions across a range of industries are growing their Melbourne based team and looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with the sales and project processes / workload in a hybrid working capacity.
The Role:
- Process and track sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory supply with internal Operations and Logistics teams.
- Support sales reporting, including performance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in preparing demonstrations and have direct client contact
- Provide administrative support for company promotions

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
