The Job:
The Business is expanding and seeking a seasoned Pre Sales / Estimator with AV industry experience to join the team. The role is a key part of the client facing team and will be involved in some of the leading and flagship projects across VIC.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct presales duties with a client facing and technical mind set within AV solutions
- Scoping and measuring work onsite with project managers
- Developing scope of works and compiling subcontractor tender packages
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Producing documentation that aligns with budget, timelines, and quality expectations
- Identifying risks and helping mitigate them with the team and clients
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 1-2 years of experience within Pre Sales or Estimation in the AV industry, specifically in quoting jobs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player with autonomous working capability
- Solid technical knowledge of audio-visual systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, with exceptional time management
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
