The Role:
This position is for a Lead Installation Technician to be responsible for a small team and to help run the full installation process onsite with clients. Although managerial you will still need to get involved with the install activities and have a good understanding of the software systems that sit behind the solutions.
Key Criteria Needed:
- Over 5 years of experience working within the AV industry within the integration side of the market
- Lead and supervise on-site AV installations and day-to-day workflow
- Proven experience with systems and equipment such as Crestron, QSYS, Yealink, Logitech, Commbox, ViewSonic, Poly, Shure etc
- Communicate clearly with clients and keep them informed of progress
