An Australian owned Audio-Visual and modern workspace solutions specialist is looking to make a key hire to the NSW and primarily Sydney focused team. Specializing in agile and complex meeting rooms throughout Australia.
The business also offers a managed services arm element to their portfolio and seamlessly bridge the gap between core IT and AV solutions.
The Role:
An experienced and relatively senior Customer Success Manager to join the Sydney team and focus on commercial and corporate AV projects and support enterprise clients & environments
Acting as the go-to point of contact between the client and internal delivery teams.
Key Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager role within a managed services environment - AV & IT
- Excellent knowledge on Workplace Technologies & AV solutions
- Customer & Delivery focused
- Expert communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attractive base salary (Up to $120k base) + benefits
