A new-era Audio Visual System Integrator, based out of 3 states in Australia & have over 100+ employees, who have taken the lead on the corporate technology industry are looking for a AV Site Lead to join their VIC team.

The Role:
An AV Site Lead required to work across multiple projects, all corporate, education, and government bodies alongside a team of technicians / installers. You will be responsible for installations of video conferencing, visual displays, custom LED video walls and modern workplace collaboration spaces.
You will manage and mentor junior staff and be responsible for full projects of installation alongside Project Managers to ensure work is delivered in line with expectations.

Requirements:

• VC, Audio Visual and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco and Poly.
• Ideally you have led an AV team or project
• Senior experience in Audio Visual installations and technical experience (Electrical, cabling, Telco, or IT installations also considered)
• Field quality control, cable rough ins and service fit outs all fall under your responsibilities
• You will be client facing, representing the business to complete full installations across a range of industries
• Experience with a range of hand tools / Electrical license would be ideal
