A nationwide Group who works across the hospitality sector, over 200+ employees, are looking to add a AV Manager to their team.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for the efficient delivery, performance and innovation of audio-visual systems across multiple venues. This role blends hands-on technical support with national oversight, ensuring system reliability, vendor accountability and a consistent guest experience.
- Oversee daily AV operations and deliver high-quality technical support across all sites.
- Lead a small AV team, ensuring consistent standards and system readiness.
Requirements
- Strong operational AV background, ideally across multi-venue or hospitality environments.
- Understanding of AV networking and system integration.
- Client management skills - internal & external
- Strong communication skills.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
