With over 17 years of recruitment experience across Europe and Australia, Jonathan brings a global perspective and deep industry knowledge to the ever-evolving world of talent acquisition.

Jonathan began his career in Amsterdam, where he specialized in placing high-level IT professionals across the Netherlands. He later returned to his hometown of London to continue building his expertise in both IT technical and IT sales recruitment.

In 2013, Jonathan relocated to Australia, stepping into senior leadership roles within the recruitment sector. While managing and mentoring high-performing teams, he remained hands-on—working closely with clients and candidates to ensure tailored, successful placements.

Today, Jonathan is the Director of Round Table Recruitment, a specialized IT and AV recruitment agency based in Sydney. Under his leadership, the agency supports both national and international clients, offering a consultative, relationship-driven approach to finding the right talent in highly competitive markets.
