The Role:
As the Operations Manager for the business, you will be tasked with ensuring all events are delivered in line with client requirements and expectations. This requires the correct allocation of resources from permanent staff to freelancers for the business to make sure operationally the business is streamlined and using all of its resources in the correct way to maximize efficiency.
The current team has 8 technicians and 6 sales staff.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the AV industry - managing or supervising at team of installers/technicians.
- Excellent technical knowledge - Audio Visual
- Managing large installation projects (hands on background an advantage)
- Customer focused
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
