You will be given a large amount of equity in the business and work on a profit share scheme that allows you to earn a percentage of every single bit of profit made
About the role
They are looking for a Business Unit Manager to join the team and grow out a new business venture alongside the main hub. This individual will be responsible for developing a client base within the Audio-Visual industry, relying heavily on existing relationships and new business development. You will work closely with the Director in building out the new function, as they have a number of clients to lean on that already by AV solutions from them
Requirements
- Build relationships with AV integrators & Suppliers to deliver end to end AV projects.
- Be involved in the full sales cycle of high end AV solutions.
- Identify and close incoming leads
- Consistently meet sales targets
- Confident in building existing and new business.
- Hunger to learn and progress as the company grows
- Excellent communication skills
